At Buci Emporio, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Therefore, within a reasonable time and provided the merchandise is in “as new” condition, we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund* any product that does not meet with your complete satisfaction, including if you simply change your mind about the item you have bought.
If you are a Buci Emporio Privilege Club Member and you showed us your Privilege Card at the time of purchase, we will have retained a record of the items you bought and a copy of your receipt will not be necessary. Otherwise, we do ask that you keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
Buy & Try Policy
As a Privilege Club member, we encourage you to “Buy and Try” any items of clothing or accessories that you think may suit your existing wardrobe, or that you may like to try on in the privacy of your own home. You can do so in full confidence, knowing that, within a reasonable time and provided the merchandise is in “as-new” condition, you may return any item for credit, exchange, or refund*.
*The Emporio Returns and Exchange Policy is in addition to your normal statutory rights as a consumer. Where legal requirements such as health regulations or the like may normally not permit an exchange or a refund (which could apply to products such as hosiery, underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, fragrances, pierced jewellery, manicure sets, and other ‘personal’ items), this policy may still be applied but only at the sole discretion of Buci Emporio.
